If you are experiencing technical difficulties
with your VoIP phone:
1. Check your internet connection. Can you get online?
2. Reboot the phone. Pull the power cord, wait three
seconds and reapply power.

provided T1, Metro Ethernet, Wireless broadband, or
Morris maintained equipment:
1. Check the power connection to all devices.
2. Remove and reapply power to the devices.
