If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your VoIP phone:
1. Check your internet connection. Can you get online?
2. Reboot the phone. Pull the power cord, wait three seconds and reapply power.
3. If you are still having a problem, call us at 864.272.2881.

If you are having a problem with your Morris provided T1, Metro Ethernet, Wireless broadband, or Morris maintained equipment:
1. Check the power connection to all devices.
2. Remove and reapply power to the devices.
